UPDATE: " I FOUND IT!"... or should I say... "IT FOUND ME" I did a fabric search. Could not have been simpler, I found the search info on a "quilt store site." It simply gave me an email address to write too and give as much info as possible and that the search would go to 100's of stores.. I was lucky to actually have a fabric number. I sent my email over the Christmas holiday and by Tuesday night I had more than half a dozen responses from quilt stores. I have place my order and as the say "it's in the mail!"

I started a project, after the Christmas season last year and put it to rest. I came across it again and
wondered why did I not finish this? It's far to cute, not to have finished! As, I looked through the cut pieces it all came back to me... I was short fabric, this fabric...
I might have 2 strips (from a jelly roll). When I have some time tonight I will look.

ReplyDeleteI've heard that moda designs their fabric lines so that the colors breach one year to another. Since you are doing strips you may be able to get the same color red just slightly different pattern. Giving your quilt a scrapy look. Especially if you disperse the fabric evenly through out the quilt. Or if you can't get the same color get two more reds and disperse the three of them through out. (Just a thought) Good luck
ReplyDeleteI wish I could help. I don't have any of this print but I think I do have some of the same print in the red and white. If you want some of that just let me know and I'll look for it. I did see one honey bun of figgy pudding left on etsy. And fruit cake is this year's line that blends really well with Figgy Pudding. Don't know if that will help. Good luck!
